Lenovo ThinkPads -- are there likely to be any major sales or deals in the next month or so worth waiting for?

I'm in need of an upgrade from my x220 and am wondering if I should just grab one now or if there might be deals significant enough to be worth waiting for on the horizon. I'm specifically looking at the T14/s, X1 Yoga, X1 Carbon and similar — the premium models with the Thinkpad durability to last me another 5 or so years — not sure how often these ones go on sale though.

    I got a good deal on a Yoga 7 through the Lenovo education store - worthwhile checking if you have teachers/students in the family.
