$50 or so cheaper than last deal
Pretty good monitor
The Gigabyte sounds like a budget 34" though… Just make sure to do a bit more research… It looked like the same grade panels as Nixeus, Kogan, Xiaomi and AOC.
I got the 34" Kogan which is similar to 34" Nixeus and HDR is kinda useless at that brightness with the lack of local dimming.
Why would you need Gigabyte customer service?
Buy, unbox, plug in, turn on, tune in, done.
Dead pixels? Faulty power supply? Cracked screen? DOA? pretty short sighted there mate.
You would return to place of purchase for faults.
No VA at all or you’ll regret. BELIEVE ME and Gigabyte service is terrible.
No Dell… No Deal! Lol
Says out of stock.
If you don't mind the aggressive 1500R curve (odd for a 16:9 monitor), then it would be fine. Nice refresh rate, and VA will give you good blacks - which is what you want for dark scenes when viewing at night in dimly lit room.
Well that was quick! Marked as OOS
Its really not the best monitor at all. Lots of light bleed and ghosting. Certainly wont be buying a VA monitor ever again. Overall for the price it is Ok but if I knew about the light bleed and ghosting I wouldnt have bought it.
I posted the best monitor deal ever 3 years ago, the monitor is still running top notch. https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/324796
How exactly is a used 6 year old model "the best" deal?
Update in stock again.
I was thinking of this monitor, but someone mentioned that the Gigabyte customer service is terrible.
The Gigabyte 34'' has the same spec, about $650-$680, why not 34''?
This Gigabyte supports HDR, which Xiaomi does not.
