What's racist about it?
Referring to a black man as "Uncle" is evoking the way white southeners referred to slaves rather than Mr; apparently perpetuating the stereotypical black subservience. They are also removing the picture of a black man from the packaging.
And yet our traditional brothers and sisters usurped the English Aunty and Uncle to mean a person of respect. Go figure.
