Contacting Belong Via Phone

Does anyone know how to speak to someone from Belong? I can’t seem to find a contact number anywhere?

    no way to contact via phone. if it's for mobile, you can raise a support request on your account page. if it's for adsl/nbn you can contact them on facebook. stupid that you can't raise a support request for adsl/nbn.

  • Oh yikes thanks well, that makes my decision easy - I was tossing up between belong and internode for NBN

      Belong is great for mobile but crappy for nbn so good choice there

  • I signed up on Tuesday midnight, asked them on FB Messenger when I could get connected as my new billing period for Superloop was today, they reply about once a day but so far I'm pretty impressed as I got the modem yesterday and the set-up was sorted by Wed morning.

        Yeah I'm the same, just hoping that I'll have no issues in the next 12 months lol. Can't beat the price though and got a little tired of churning ISPs.

    I had an issue with NBN and they called me back a day or two after submitting my request.
    Cheap plan but shite customer service. I'm okay taking one or two issues a year for the cheaper cost.
