You can get 7.5L (two 10-packs) for $14.70.
The 24-pack of 250ml cans works out to be 6L for $16.20.

If comparing like-for-like (i.e. 250mL cans), WW is on special for $3/4-pack i.e. same $/L price as this (unless subscribing).
WW 1.25L bottles are way cheaper $/L, if that's the only comparison tool.

I bought a carton of each…..lime, raspberry, mango. Just tried my first can of lime and it's horrendous. Tastes like a diet soft drink that's been watered down another 10,000%. I hope the other two flavours taste better. I'm scared to try them now. :-0
