The 10% one has more fat, sugars, sodium and nearly twice the amount of calories.
I'm not saying the 10% one is worse, nor am I saying it's better, that's dependant on the individual's goals combined with their already existing daily intake of nutrition.
It's $1.70 half price at Woolies and $1.55 for the unsweetend version. The pic on the link is for the $1.70 10% almond one but the titles states unsweetend that sells for $1.55
Anyways. Both are good and taste great with cerials.. not good at all for tea or coffee.. and you can't use it for all cooking .. only some things like mash
The picture in the link although green like the original 10% still looks different to the Original 10% I have from not long ago.
It states 10% in green circle and has green writing on top too. This is either new or a Amazon hybrid photo/model lol.
Thank you OP for this, as well as vid_ghost for mentioning it was on sale at Woolworths, I went through their catalogue earlier and didn't notice it, but searched up directly and found it.
I always buy the 10% ones, so much better. I once got the wrong one which is 7%. Never go back to that one again. Coles was on sale at the same price. I stocked up around 50 packets.
That will last me for a while.Worth noting that the calcium content in the PureHarvest almond milk is negligible – they don't fortify with calcium. So it's not a very good milk for kids. So Good Almond Milk is better (20x as much calcium) and is often on sale at Coles and Woolies for ~$2.
This is the 7% almond one. The 10% one is better.
