  Wish they had repaired the incredibly frustrating unresponsiveness of units- you click to attack an enemy and your tanks start moving, then at random, some tanks stop and do nothing, just like the original!

  Also even in hard mode AI is moronic

    Changing the gameplay & AI would have been a step too far for me. It's part of the old-school charm.

    Have you played it since both of the huge patches were released?

    All of those issues you describe have been fixed.

        I haven't experienced any of the command delay issues myself but I do know they were widely reported at launch.

        The campaign difficulty being broken on Hard was resolved in this patch.

  Can you find servers too play with others online or should I ask are people still playing these older games online?
