Suggest Computer Parts (Mobo, CPU, GPU, RAM) ~ $500 Please

It's been a few years since I've dabbled in computer parts and my knowledge is so dated so I thought I would ask for your collective wisdom.

Looking to upgrade my existing computer.
Have a full sized CoolerMaster case and will keep my power supply, sdd, and monitors.

Aside from those parts, I'll need:
Mobo
Processor
GPU
Ram

Could you guys suggest a good combo of these parts for around 500? I mainly do office based tasked with very occasional dabbling into photo and video edits, and even more occasional gaming.

    Just a rough guide:

    This bundle is $489. I would recommend sourcing them individually to check if you could get them cheaper at ~$400 because you only need 8GB of RAM at say 2666MHz.

    Lastly you probably could get a card such as RX 580 for ~$200 now or RX 570 for ~$150.
