where did you get the land bounty from?
Toys R Us
Damn! Got it at $149 a couple of days ago.
I think it is all time low at $135.Same here.
Lego, always +1
Wish they'd not call them the same name each time a DB is released, gotta be the third set, not counting the land one, with the same name.
Second one is so awesome though. This one is legacy version.
Yeah that's why every Lego set has a unique Lego set number, this one being 71705.
Even when sets share identical names (which happens frequently in every Lego theme, not just Ninjago) you can distinguish them by their set numbers.
They really need to go back to the old days and release pirate ship sets again. Right now the high quality Chinese brands are offering good sets in that category.
Like this one? https://www.ebay.com/itm/353149069000
That one is POTC but similar. Some of the classics from the 90s like these old Enlighten sets (before the brand stopped bootlegging). This and this are good too.
There have been a couple of decent Lego pirate sets recently:

That's an oxymoron if ever I saw one.
Just go on BrickLink, search "pirate ship" and download some freely available MOC instructions for Lego pirate ships. There's 137 results for that query.
Here's three MOCs you can download for free right now that put any Lego or Lepin pirate ship to shame:

So is that statement. Ever tried out Lepin? You wouldn't say that if you had.
Yep, been through this dance with countless Lepin-apologists on here.
My thoughts on the matter can be found here.
@Miami Mall Alien: A lot of untrue facts too. They haven't been like that since the early days regarding boxes and quality.
A lot of untrue facts too.
Be sure to tick the "associated with Lepin on AliExpress" checkbox before you post next time.
I pay the money Lego asks to be guaranteed a quality product, not to go into a lottery to potentially get something that might be close to the original or might be hot garbage and/or has zero after-sales support, warranty and seller returns policies.
Supporting Lepin's business model and practices is just supporting a sweatshop empire based on outright thievery.
@Miami Mall Alien: Oh yes let's go making accusations against other members here because you disagree with their opinion.
@Clear: My bad I ran out of negs for whatever kind of people peddling worthless rubbish .
Really is off topic crap !
They really need to go back to the old days and release pirate ship sets again.
There isn't that much interest in older themes like Lego Pirates outside of the AFOL market to justify reviving an entire theme but that's exactly what Lego Ideas is for and there are plenty of pirate ship-related submissions on there.
The recent Pirates of Barracuda Bay set was a winning Lego Ideas entry.
Awesome. Just picked up the Land Bounty for my son for Christmas. Get these while you can because once they get snapped up they’re hard to find!
