  I have the thermocafe cup. It is indeed crap. It doesn't retain temperature, particularly with hot liquid (heat escapes from the external sure - hot to touch). It also leaks. Wouldn't recommend. Unsure on the flask.

  the plastics screw lid on ours had recently started to deteriorate and leaves black soot in the water.

  same thing with our kettle which has a plastic filter.

  looking at plastic free products from here on. pretty tough.

  I got the 1L thermos for $25, the combo price is $29.99 for me. Saved $5 and didn’t get the cup, reviews seem really poor.
