This has been somewhat common on boats for years, can't see why you would possibly need it in a car though, a whole lot of complexity for no benefit. With the added problem of it being a pos hummer.
Now every perfectly tanned bleach blonde 5"8 influencer can park their ride, in the inner city, without fear of chipping those 24" rims.

Doesn't the top range Q7 have adaptive rear steering? They just need to point the wheels the same direction.

Perhaps certain kind of 4wd but the biggest limitation with 4wd is traction and power distribution.
I don't see the value in being able to move diagonally except for parallel parking.
