The Iconic won't accept return

Hi all,

Just wanted everyone's thoughts.

I ordered some shoes 20th of August, didn't arrive til 31st

I forgot they were at my mother's, anyways I emailed asking if I can return and they've said no as it doesn't fall within 30 days.

However, I thought you could print label and notify within 30 days. It annoys me because it took over 10 days to arrive which is a 1/3 of the time I'd have normally to return.

Do I have a leg to stand on with a PayPal dispute?

      Sizing, I'm a 13 but Hush Puppies are huge. They look ridiculous on my feet.

    You can return any item within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. We'll even pay for the return delivery!

    • The response customer service gave me was "no". It sounded like it has to arrive to them within 30 days.

      - Within 30 days of purchase;
      - Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and
      - In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

      As your return falls outside of our 30 days policy we are unable to accept this return and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

      What annoys me tho is normally postage is 2-3 days to arrive and this time it was 11 days. I've never returned an item before, even the last pair my brother took them off me but this time he doesn't like them.

        If the system doesn't allow you to return the item, the option won't show up after you login and attempt to return.
        The procedure to return item (as stated on their website) is using the automated system. But you emailed them instead.
        Of course they will say no, they will lose sales.
        You won't even try the automated system. Do you want to return this item or not?

        it says "you can return within 30 days", not "the item must be received back to us within 30 days". You can argue with them.
