Imo get the royal instead. I have the p5 which gives me anxiety on picking my actions.

  get the royal. it's newer and has more things and less anxiety triggering limits.

  Ultimate = base game + all bonus costumes and personas (legacy monsters not available in the regular game. mostly fanservice, but can be overpowered as hell.)
  
  Royal = an improved version of Persona 5 with gameplay changes and various improvements. NOT a GOTY or an update, but a full on standalone game covering the same story.
  
  Both cover the same storyline, but Royal has additional character and an added ending chapter/epilogue.
