  Struggling with the "bargain" here - likely crippled by not having a power supply.
  A cursory look on ebay:
  7 port USB-3 switch with power supply $22.95 is the first item showing

    But… it's got LEDs. And I guarantee they will be those ultra-ultra-brite blue laser-LED diodes that you can't view without welding goggles…
