and many that provide off shore based support, not australian support like we do.

yea after he changed the 4GB to 10GB it seems a tiny wee bit competitive…, but why would you pay $9.95 for 10GB/100GB for the benefit of 24/7 Phone support alone, compared to Ventral IPs $9.95 @ 20GB/Unlimited…, with 24/7 ticket support which is more than adequate for shared hosting, IMHO…
THIS IS OZBARGAIN, not weekly specials like WebHostingTalk forums…
We aren't trying to be the big host like VentraIP are… There's a difference, and you won't see it unless your a client of ours.

You're missing the point though, this is a "Bargain" site. Not a 'discount off the usual price' site. "Deals" posted should be considered a bargain against what else is available on the market.
Not so much a bargain for the features you offer that set you apart from a competitor, but an absolute bargain compared to an offer from another company that will make users of this site chose the deal posted here compared to the competitors offer, primarily based on the cheap price.
Features you offer are relative, and will hold more value to some people than offers.
If you want to attract traffic and new customers from here, I suggest you put together a 'OzBargain only' package with web based/ticket support, and features that are comparable to offers previously mentioned here, then discount the s*^! out of it below your competitors pricing, as far as you can afford to go (loss leading, or whatever depending on how smart you guys are book-wise). You'll probably find you can convert some of those new customers later to higher revenue packages.
p.s. The 'You've successfully made it to our website, which proves we know how to do this stuff' Is incredibly lame, and for me personally, makes me not want to touch nor recommend you to anyone no matter how good a deal you may offer now or in the future. Any chump can register a domain and throw up a website, hell, I've seen elderly folk buy their firstnamelastname.com and throw it together with Google Apps and some basic hosting - Doesn't mean they actually know what they're doing.

you normally charging people $219/yr for 4GB of web space and 8GB costs $449/yr, u must be crazy ?! lol
