I think OP is refering to a specific store that is on sale.
I can't seem to find any discounts on the website, apart from the regular discount prices from the clearance section.

The shirts aren't as badly priced as R&B ties. They RRP for like $100 normally >.<, I'm no tie expert but I swear they are the same as regular stuff you buy at somewhere like David Jones for $40

I got a shirt from Joebutton with their $40 for the first shirt. Made to measure, it is really good. I highly recommend them even at full price.

There's a fair bit of everything left, that being said most stuff is checkered as mentioned below. I like checkered shirts more than stripey though. There was heaps of 37-39 when I was there, but not that many slim cut ones

Just got back from the sale.
Great range of Ties to grab. The deal there is $35 each or buy three and get the fourth one free. IE four for $105.
With regards to mens shirts, there is still a wide range of sizes but the remaining patterns are just the non stripy ones. Ie. checquered patterns from their last two seasons. I was fortunate to find one light blue stripey one (albeit one size bigger than I normally go for) and so I got that one for $59.
