Is anyone else having this issue?
I've been encountering a couple of problems this week and have not been able to get in contact with Woolworths Gift Card customer service.
(1) Cashrewards or shopback 5% link is sending me to a generic login Giftcard woolies account. When I log out generic account to log into my account, I lose the 5% discount. The 5% link always send me to generic logged in account.
Usually, if I am logged in, I can check out with the 5% and all my details already completed. The purchase is then saved as a record in "My Orders".
(2) When I log into my Giftcard woolies account, my history of orders is no longer there.
(3) I tried calling customer service yesterday and was hung up on every single time!
Sounds like user error.
