2020…
Thanks. Great for the cable adaptor kit i have.
Will come handy one day
You're awfully quiet these days.
thanks, bought for my laptop.
You've got a laptop with a micro USB port?
it looks like a usb-c connection, no? thankns
Nope, this is a USB female to micro-USB male. The main use case behind this would be to connect USB devices to a phone with a micro-USB port.
You should probably read into products, instead of purely looking at images.
@jjsu: thanks, I tried to look for the specs but couldn't find it on their webpage. could you point out where? for next time…
@1-Bargain: A simple Google search should suffice.
I read up on the product specs from an eBay listing of the same product.
@1-Bargain: The picture of the smaller connector shows the standard 'crack' on many microusb connectors, but if you aren't overly familiar with them you can hardly be faulted for mistaking it with type c, as they're both about the same size.
@1-Bargain: It's micro-USB. I bought one when it was $5. It's for my RPi Zero W and for old Windows tablets / Android tablets.
if you are after USB-C, you might want to consider this one:

It's far more expensive than Daiso's. However, the Microsoft one doesn't cause WiFi interference on some 2.4Ghz network. Or, get Daiso's one first (but make sure you get the correct type) and try it out. Unfortunately, the Diaso one does interfere with my 2.4Ghz WiFi. I've since switched to the Microsoft one.
Why do a search or interpret the image?
Deal Description: USB female to Micro USB male
Good for connecting to RPi 0s. If you are into that kind of thing.
Borken phone touch screen saver.
I paid 12 bucks for one of these.
It is useful for a phone with a broken screen. you can use the mouse curser on the screen to type the codes and replace your finger.
Just bought exactly for the same reason. Couldn’t justify the price of these before.
Thought 'LinkedIn Premium' and $1. Have to sit up to read again…
Excellent deal, just boughl one as I am lying awake unable to sleep.
Don't know what I'll need it for, but bought it anyway… for 97.5c (net of cashback) with some of the referral bonus from Up Bank. Oh, the OzBargain's way…
it won't fit in my Samsung galaxy note 9 or Samsung galaxy TAB A tablet 💀💀
Well it's a micro-usb cable
Samsung galaxy note 9 has a USB-C port.
So there's your problem - discussed above & in Deal Description: USB female to Micro USB male
What year is this?
