An interesting read. The "code of conduct" has been released. Some of the conditions are interesting, such as valuing the deal when the business offers specials during the same period.

All the major players appear to be signatories.
They are supposed to respond to complaints within 5 days, etc. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out. I still have complaints that Cudo never bothered to respond to.
