I've been a Beem It user since late 2019, and have made multiple transactions (sending and receiving payments) on the app. However, since 2 days ago, my contacts have not been able to pay me. They get the error message that says "@***** hasn't set up their account to receive instant payments yet. The payment will automatically be processed once they do this."
I've contacted the support team but have yet to hear from them nor has my issue been resolved.
Has anyone else encountered this glitch?
What card do you have registered to beem it? Did you change bank? Close account? Expired card? I haven't had any issues
