What is your opinion about fixing a home loan for 3 or 4 years with interest rate around 2.14%?
If it's an investment loan then why not. At that rate I suspect it's owner occ so personally I'd look to fix some of the loan but not all because you may find yourself in a position to reduce or offset the mortgage at some point in that time frame.
