Best Graphics Card to Use with Dell Optiplex 9020 MT(i7-4790) without Changing The PSU

Hi All, just looking for advice to buy new graphics card which will fit into Dell Optiplex 9020 MT without changing the PSU. Thanks in advance for your help.

  290W power supply in the 9020 MT so the max power consumption for the GFX card would be ~75W. So GTX 1650 or RX 560.

  May I ask what's wrong with changing the PSU? If you do (it's pretty cheap), you can look at getting pretty much any GPU that isn't longer than 25cm. Don't have to skimp out on a 1050, which is ok, but not the best. I currently have a RX570 in my Optiplex 990MT, changing the PSU only took a few seconds.
