Yes, the PayPal policy covers change of mind.
The Oxford policy allows change of mind returns for online purchases (but they must be returned via post).

Got one! Quality is probably not amazing but I live in Perth so I wear a coat to work less than 10x a year.
In VIC, work 5 days including weekends, 5km limit, no church , no party. No time and no place to show off wearing coats. So no buy no deal. Sorry OP.

Got my coat and it seems to represent good quality for the price but Holy Toledo their sizing is very very very small …. did I say it was small? ;) So back it goes …
I sized up from my normal, but seems a bit big. Don't like the quality of one of the coats I got, waiting on the other to arrive. Probably goes back too.

Mine was a Marty Twill XXL …. more like an L … I tried to call Oxford got through to their “customer service” and had to leave a voice message. Gave up waiting after 3 days returned via tracked with signature standard postage $18.05 🧐

@discountguy: I received my L today. I'm usually L in everything but the jacket was a bit short on the sleeves and tight around the shoulders.
Otherwise happy with the coat and it's still on sale so reordered an XL. Going to send the L back tomorrow.

A huge fan of oxford, quality design and affordable. Their RRP is definitely inflated and like all stores having 50-80% sale all day everyday, so I always just treat the item as is. Their price is fair and reasonable and good quality.
I have 3 jackets from them and going strong for 5 years!
