Hello all,
Do you know which is a better option? Have you (or anyone you know) has had bad experiences with either?
I have talked to both and they both seem to be thorough in explaining stuff to me. However Darbecca has come approximately $ 1000 more expensive.
Any advice/insights are much appreciated!
Thank you!
For our final inspections, I went with Darbecca, my mate went with Jims and a colleague went with Correct Inspections.
Comparing the three reports, the Darbecca and Correct Inspection reports appear more detailed in their explanations, referencing the Australian Standard that was breached and offer remediation steps whereas the Jim's recommends the home-owner to 'consult a professional for further specific advice'.
Out of the three, Darbecca was the most expensive, whereas Correct and Jim's were similarly priced.
