In-Game App Purchase Not Working - No Refund - Apple

Purchased $30 in-game credits for my daughters ipad - Minecraft. Waited for 2 days for it to activate, nothing happened, after the 4th day I contacted Apple they said I should request refund and it was rejected. It allowed me to respond and I asked them to verify with Microsoft but without any explanation, they simply said "request rejected"
Has any one else experienced this and know how to resolve?

    I would hesitate to initiate a chargeback as you may find her account banned.

    Does Minecraft have a support channel? Like a form you fill out or email address? I've never played it before but I know it's a big game so they should have a website or something you can access support for your account.

    If that route doesn't get you the credits, maybe try giving a 1 star review of it on the app store warning others that they stole your money and won't give purchased credits. You may get a reply from the app dev asking for more info and possibly get the credits that way.

    Not sure what else to suggest as I've not had this happen before.

    • She is 6 years old, I don't think her account would be banned for any reason. I will try Microsoft support and I will report my findings, thank you.

      Yeah first time this has happened to me. On my second appeal I had even suggested if they could verify the purchase with Microsoft. Whats more frustrating is they dont provide ANY information as to why its being rejected.

        If you do a chargeback they will likely ban the account.

    • Positive, she's 6 years old so she's playing on my ipad. I was checking the app twice a day to keep checking.
