I have a $40 credit to use on eligible items shipped and sold by Amazon.
Is there a way to filter only orders shipped and sold by Amazon so I can get a better idea what to spend the credit on?

"Prime Ships from Australia" doesn't guarantee that it will work with their credit.
Your second suggestion of Selecting Amazon AU in the seller filter is best.
I had a $40 credit too for items shipped from and sold by amazon AU. I ended up using it on the fire tv for $39 on sale today
If you have Prime, click the 'Prime Ships from Australia' button.
If you don't have Prime, bottom left menu there's a 'Seller' submenu, click 'Amazon Australia'.
