From what I can find, Foxtel has rights in Australia. It is shown on Channel 122 A&E but they are only up to episode 7 of season 7. You can get a 10 day Foxtel Go trial, so might be best to wait for them to finish airing them then sign up unless you want to pay $104/month (!!!) for this.

Else you will have to find…alternative means.

You can get Season 3 from SBS on demand
