If the car is moving or not parked, it’s illegal. Probably a reason why they don’t want Netflix available on CP/AA…

some cars like BMW let you watch movies off of a USB on the cars infotainment screen but it doesn't let you when the car is out of park, it stops the film when you take the car out of park
I'm sure I saw on Top Gear a car that showed different things depending on whether the driver or passenger was looking at it. The passenger sees the movie, but the driver just sees their normal car display.
Yeah I still remember that! Shame it never made it mainstream. Maybe the viewing angles made it too hard to do

Geez mate you should know better.
You can't unless you stick your phone on a mount, and just watch off of your phone. CarPlay does not support Netflix.
