It says it's using supercapacitors, so it does have some power to jump start. Not sure if that really works though, what are the limitations etc.

90% of power banks cannot handle the current a car needs to start up, Just image starting a huge diesel truck with a weak power bank!
The power bank current is not that relevant, so long as it has enough watt/h, it just means it'll take longer till the super-capacitors are charged up.
Super caps don't hold much power, but they can discharge enormous amps for a short time, so presumably they are relying on delivering a few seconds of very high amp and probably high voltage (for a car 12v system) to ensure it kicks over.
Well thats what capacitors are for. They're like reservoirs for current. Having said that, not sure if this actually works.
Actually, it's built in supercapacitors, only requires a quick charge from your weak battery to get your car started. This is extremely convenient as you don't need to remember to pre-charge your jump starter.
What if your battery is completely dead from accidentally leaving your lights on all night? this product just sounds like a pile of garbage. Looks like an advertisement from me.
