My current phone isnt in too good shape, and i doubt it will last the year to Nov 2012 until my contract finishes. Hence i am looking for a decent phone in the meanwhile to use until then.
I was planning to get the SG II, but if i can delay it, I can get something else when my contract finishes.
mate get the galaxy s2, I assure you, you wont be disappointed. When you get the new phone for new contract just sell that then. Which carrier are you with? I might even be able to get you a good deal :)
Recommend the acer liquid metal at $130, which is a bargain if you are slightly tech savvy, otherwise the HTC Incredible is a good deal.
talking about tech savvy, my falling apart phone is a 3GS which ive replaced the screen, battery, back case, etc. unfortunately the stuff off ebay is absolute crap =/

with optus atm, the call rates im getting are horrible for the old $29 cap
spotting the liquid metal on ebay for 150-200, might be decent unlocked for 150 considering its locked to telstra (128$)
You can unlock it by simply updating the firmware, buy it new!
