Purchased Item With Wrong Product Description (Totally Different from Heading)

Hi

I bought product this morning and paid via PayPal. I came to work and was telling my friend when they asked me to check the reviews as prices are too good to be true

Lollipop Smart Baby Moniter Wifi Camera

For above product, they mentioned Lollipop Smart Baby Monitor but under description, it says Lollipop Style Baby Monitor

I checked the reviews and they are pretty bad. They are mostly about face mask but in heading they said cotton mask but in description, it is mentioned Cotton + Polyester

I have opened a case against them straight away about not receiving this product but I think I will lose this case.

This is bad business practice.

Just want to make others aware of this business practice.

        I did send an email but there is a $40 cancellation fee charge

          They are complying with the T's and C's as published.

            @oscargamer: Not writing STYLE (not genuine Lollipop) in Heading and I am making business suffer. I think business is not doing right thing

            @oscargamer: Also, Lollipop is a brand name. You can't use it without permission. By heading, It clearly means it is Lollipop branded camera.

            I messed it up by trusting a website.

  Per their website - no refund for change of mind.

  Between the heading and description - I don't get the difference. It does appear to be a Smart camera which is in a Lollipop style.

    @RM - Heading of the product page doesn't say Lollipop Style - it say Lollipop Baby Monitor (Style word is missing)

      Sorry am not familiar with this - Is Lollipop a brand and has this business mislead you to believe it is from the same brand?

      If yes, then you might have a case for a refund, might need to escalate though
      If not, and Lollipop just refers to the shape of the product - I doubt you would get a refund.

  They spelt monitor wrong a number of times. I wouldn't be buying from a page with such lax spell checking.

  The reviews are also suspect - I googled "Wow! I'm so impressed with this baby monitor. It comes with everything needed to set up and install." and found it repeated on many other sites.

  Well yes… You just ordered it and now opened a case saying didn't get it. Of course you will lose!

  Yes its missing, but the 'real' one is called "Lollipop Smart Baby Monitor", so smart is missing from your product. Always comes back to buyer beware.

  so the usual lollipop camera is selling for 230 on amazon , this lollipop camera is selling for 85 bucks but u thought it was the same and was scoring a massive bargain and didnt think it was fake?
