I read previous post about a loophole to buy Amazon UK item from Australia, could someone please explain how does it work?

If you go to Amazon.com, and click 32G 3000 as option, the Amazon Global Store UK store will be listed as a buying option, and shows a price+shipping of AUD 179.48.

No, If it complains about your address then it means the seller doesn't ship to Australia. No way to secure the deal unfortunately.
I thought this is the case, but I just wanted to see if there's any loophole at all, as there is quite a few deal posted on OzBargain for getting item from Amazon UK
@OMGJL: Particularly because this is from the Crucial branded store, usually it means they have an Australian distribute and there are importer agreements that mean they don't ship overseas. You'll find the same from many brands such as Sony, Bose etc.

The listed deals are typically for buying from Amazon.com.au, but where the seller is Amazon UK.
Try a Freight Forwarding company which will charge less than $40 to deliver it to your door.
The .com price doesn't include tax - add the 10% GST and you're pretty close to the $204.24 from Amazon US
