Dodgy VIRGIN SAVER bonus

Has anybody got their bonus from Virgin after doing 3m worth of $1000 deposits?
They debited my account twice and stopped on third! Now I can't get my bonus!
Anybody else out there w similar situation?

    i set up asp all correctly for last 3 rounds. waiting for $100 bonus now.

      yea, i left the $1000 in my cba since the weekend. [my debit day is 31st]

      i m going to give them a call. It's prob too late now :(

      Anyway, thanks for all the warm replies ozbargainers! im sure you guys will get the $100 by the end of this month.

      This is prob my first time missing out on one of these bank bonuses. [sad face]

      For all the heartaches, i don't think i will bother with my newly set up Virgin accounts (for $50 bonus)

    I just checked my account, I have not receieved any $100 yet either, when did they say they will pay??? I am still so angry reading about ubank, furious. AUD 3,029 is still the account balance after they paid me interest on 31st of oct. I have depoisted a total of $3001 ($1 to activate the account) and only recieved $29 in interest, I will likely let them take out another $1000 but I am expecting that money soon, I will also call them and ask if they will continue the higher bonus rate for me otherwise I will tell them I will move to Rabobank and I also will not move my savings from ubank to the vsaver. I am also waiting for the $50 from suncorp……..it has been well over the 6 weeks they said since I deposited $2k into the account.

    I got the $100, it said it was transfered on the 29th but I did not see it until the 30th. Waiting for the interest to be paid and then going to transfer the lot into ubank. I was not going to use ubank anymore, I was going to use the ING savings maximizer who is offering 6.10% for 4 months but is only for new customers otherwise it is 4.75% so I am still stuck with ubank atm.

      Not a bad place to be stuck. Regardless of tricky offers from others I still prefer UBank.

    well another .25% rate drop is coming meaning ubank is going to drop to atleast 5.86% likely they will drop their rate further like last time and being a .4 drop being 5.71
