What Is The Best Deal on an Investment Home Loan (Refinance) That I Can Get Right Now

HI guys

Just wanting to ask everyone with an Investment Home loan what is the best deal they have got recently. From what I have seen on Bank's website's it seems the best rate is with Ubank at 3 yrs fixed at 2.29%, but wondering if anyone knows of anything better or have gotten a mortgage broker to get something better, maybe the same rate but with a cashback as well?

    2.29 for investment is great! I think I got 2.7 fixed with Macq and was pleased with that.

      Thanks, yeah I am starting to think that this might be the best deal. I doubt even with further cuts to the interest rates by the Reserve Bank, that any bank will reduce their Home Loan interest rates
