hi im looking to buy badminton shoes in sydney.
my budget is around $150-200 but im a beginner/intermediate level.

There are badminton specific brands.
Head on over to EZ Box in Eastwood if you're in the area, you should find something in your price range. As an intermediate player I prefer Mizuno or Yonex shoes but mizuno might be out of your price range.
FYI - badminton shoes are indoor (non marking shoes) with omnidirectional grip and stiff soles+ankle supports. Basically it lets you move with agility and protects you from injury.
If you play indoor volleyball or indoor soccer you can use those shoes for badminton as well.

There you can play Badminton and also shop at their store for shoes bags rackets etc.
You come with slippers and wallet and going home like a pro fully dressed up.
There are special shoes for badminton?!
