Any Recommendations for a Cold Press Juicer?

Was looking to buy a juicer being as OzBargainer. Came across with so many types which vary from $100 to $500-$600 even more?

Kinda curious to know what people are using at home on daily basis? What you are using and would you recommend that? Most importantly is it really worth to spend money on brands which are cold pressed?

What’s your thought care to share please….!!!

    Brand: Kuvings

Once you try cold press you don't want those normal juicers anymore. Those ninja etc etc… Cold pressing is the best, not burning all the vitamins by heat from motor

Lol, burning vitamins from the heat of the motor.

      • So true

Pro :Makes great juice and extracts alot of juice.
Con: You need to peel oranges or the rind off
Takes time to clean as many parts. Juice not pulp free. Not cheap.

Probably not a daily juicer because of the cons.

    • They look so great wasn’t convinced to spend to that much on a juicer.. which model you’re using…??

      • Ours is at least 2 or 3 years old. Does have long conditional warranty. We had one of the little outlet caps break. Was replaced. Just look at the similar model as per link. Look out for sales is the best time to buy. Mother's day, Xmas, boxing day sales.

Check out some youtube reviews. We have only really used it for fruit. Once they are prepped it's very quick to juice. I believe alot of these juicers have problems with stringy veggies. Or leaf ones like kale.

    • Haha… there are so much possibilities that it would happen..

  • Best Juice quality and output is from a cold press - I did extensive research before I bought my machine - ~$400
Cold press machines also hold their value well, the cheaper non cold press are worth nothing once used.
I bought this on special 3 years ago for $400 - Japanese quality - dual spindle is best but not essential

    • They are very expensive today though..

  • They take too long to clean

    • Just had a look on kuving.. defiantly will take a lot of time to clean, all increased vitamins are gonna burn in cleaning…

      • Cleaning does take longer in cold press juicers, its what you have to live with if you want the highest quality juice.
Hot soapy water is used, and relatively easy just takes more time.

Maybe try a used non-cold press and step up if your still interested after a month or two.

It may become like a breadmaker fyi - sitting in the cupboard…

That’s not how it works bro

  • Why juice vs smoothie - just throw everything in the blender and you get the benefit of the fibre and loose nothing. Very easy to clean too.

  • I am looking for one too, but they can be expensive. This one has awesome reviews https://get.modappliances.com/
