If anyone is wondering re width: 76cm x 7m

  • Perhaps adding in seller in title would be a good idea.

  • afaik tinting films actually increase the temperature of the glass

    • Doesn't that mean it's doing its job of keeping the inside cooler?

  • How hard would it to be DIY on my car?

    • +2

Really hard, expecially with this low quality tint that will not shrink well.

15% isn’t legal in most states?

Windshield: Only uppermost 10% of the windshield may be tinted. Front side windows: Must have more than 35% VLT. Back side windows: Must have more than 20% VLT. Rear window: Must have more than 20% VLT.

Even if its not legal, what are the chances a copper pulls you over for it? Almost 0%

      • In NSW, it’s a part of the yearly RWC/pink slip. Even though my road worthy guy knows my car and I take it to him every year, and he always checked the tint.

  • Is this suitable for windows on a house, or is there a better/cheaper option?

    • I'd like to know the same thing.

      • same same here!

    • There are many on ebay that is the silver reflective type offering privacy at home.
