What don't you find user friendly about it?
Just had some problems finding my ink (which I don't think you sell anyway? Pixma MG620). First 2 times the search function froze, so tried looking through the lists, but the area is too small to find anything with ease - especially when there are a lot of printers listed under the same category/printer type. Just an observation.

but, still either your search option is faulty or its too slow. I kept on waiting for any HP ink and after 2 minutes I gave up.
Strange, I can't replicate the issue. Pretty quick search for me. What ink were you searching for and I'll try?

I checked it in lates Firefox and chrome and it does the same thing.
Checked Brother also, same thing.Once again HP loaded straight away for me. Try being more specific with it.
I'd suggest you test your website over a number of web browsers and Operating systems. Not working with chrome on W7.
I agree, it keeps 'loading' when I click Canon.
Works fine on my Chrome with Windows 7 Pro. What issue are you having?
Firefox on Win7. Clicked on Canon an hour ago and the little jigger is still spinning. Reloaded, clicked again and the same thing happened. Reloaded, used the search, found the printer.

Bad website… click on Canon from menu, and the little cirle "loading" thing just keeps spinning.

Hey Rep…. go to an internet cafe and test yourself on a completely independant pc. It's not working right.
Click on 'My Store' then once that's loaded click back on 'Find Ink' and it should load instantly for you now.

Get it working first as it is looking. Dont make accusations to click this and that or saying its working on ur pc.
I will remove the neg, when its running.I had the problem as well, click on 'My Store' and then click back to 'Find Printer' then it started working for me.
I tried and it was not working.
Checked it now and it is working. Very confusing website design.Removed the neg.
