  for normal healthy people they are able to tolerance 400mg caffeine a day.
  If your body size larger and with faster metabolism, you properly can go more, some of the preworkout contain 350-412mg of caffeine anhydrous which seems have longer half life.
  But if you have palpitation or ectopic beating, may be you need see your doctor and check up your mg and K level.
