I’m in the market for a new tv and the manufacture refurb units from Sony’s offical eBay page are kind of appealing. They have some decent deals pop up every now and again.
I recall seeing 15% or even 20% off sonys eBay store, and remember it happening a couple of times.
Anyone know if it is a regular occurrence and if so, how often?

I recently ordered a TV from their online store. You can get refurb or box damaged depending on what you want and their stock. I can hand on heart say it was a terrible decision and experience. TV arrived faulty. Was a nightmare getting a response from sony. Sometimes taking 1-2 weeks for a response. This issue has now been ongoing for 4+ months and i still dont have my refund. I also had numerous issues with their courier Toll.
I would seriously avoid Sony if im honest. Their customer service is terrible. Ive always bought bravia TV's but i can confirm alot of the negative comments on the links above echo my experience. I wont be buying a Sony TV again.
i would read up on the refurb's from Sony, i was looking into them and read some horror stories
