    Awesome game!
Free on EA access so might want to consider the whole bundle instead.

I played this last week via EA play. The game is pretty short about 6 hours. Most of the game is cut scenes. The gameplay is ok but pretty easy. You need a friend to play, you can't play with randoms.

  • Great online co-op game!

I bought this game full price to play with a friend (who also paid full price). We both HATED it. Couldn't get into it at all, the story was so contrived, and the gameplay clunky.

Might have felt differently if we'd only bought it at $10, but still, the game isn't great.

At least you both hated it. Would have been weird for both of you if one of you loved it :)

Cheesy as all get-go, but cleverly done and I thought it looked great for a short, experimental budget title. Made me laugh out loud quite a bit… at the games silliness, mostly. If you like that sort of big action, b-grade thing you'll probably enjoy this a lot.

My recommendation for anyone who's undecided… just try it! You'll either totally love it or hate it… I actually loved it, and have never played anything like it. Worth trying just in case :)

My one issue with this story is that you both bought it at full price despite only one person needing a copy of the game to play - even online with a friend.

For what it's worth, I paid $15 for the physical version, beat it in 2 nights with my mate who downloaded the free "trial" and had a great time.

      • Oh, you might be right… it was a while ago. Maybe we did only buy one copy. Either way, it was terrible.

  • Is this game "Download Only", or can people find this in a Hard/Disc Copy?

Asking cause I don't have PS+ (can't justify costs) and all my lineup is disc based (just the way I like it).

    • Digital only I believe.

    • I've seen it in the pre-owned at JB Hi-Fi

    • Used hard copies go for around fifty bucks because it didn't sell too well.

This game was extremely lame, with terrible game play and a terrible story. Wouldn’t recommend even as this price

I like the sound of this. I'll give it a try for $10.

Is it network co-op only or also local (couch) co-op? (aka split screen)

  • +1

Pretty neat game if you're after a couch co-op experience. Much like Brothers a Tale of Two Sons, you'd want to go through this like a movie, rather than a video game. So, play through it in one or two sittings, and don't expect any challenging gameplay elements.

Also, the game has really bad framerate during gameplay. Cutscenes are smooth, but when you're actually playing the game, the framerate is horrible. But it's mostly puzzles and QTEs, so really doesn't affect much.

Overall though, I really enjoyed it. I paid roughly this much when it was sale a while ago, and have no regrets.

Can't understand the bad reviews here. I played this with my partner a few weeks ago on PC and it was amazing! The perfect game to play with casual gamers.

Graphics: 10/10 - Best I have seen so far, and I have a high-end PC.
Sound: 9/10 - Fitting soundtrack, on spot sfx, and most remarkably the entire game voiced over by professionals. One point away from 10/10, because the songs were not very memorable.
Gameplay: 8/10 - Not for everyone. It consists of action, riddle and passive storytelling sequences, all played by two players on a SINGLE SCREEN (sometimes split screen, sometimes both players on one). It is pretending to be skill based at times, but it is so forgiving, that everyone will be able to finish it. Most of the time it is co-operative and requires players to communicate.
Story: 8/10 - Short, but engaging and interesting. If this was a movie, I'd say 5/10, but games generally suck at telling stories compared to movies. The story is emotional, has a good pacing and even multiple endings! (no spoilers). The characters evolve only a little over the game, but the player learns a lot about them - they are quite interesting.

    Overall: 9/10
