  It's in the game under your horizon life. There is an inbox link on that page, and in there it will appear under gifts

    Thanks. Just realised my "quick chat" is not activated yet because I haven't put enough time into the game yet. Been too busy playing Forza Horizon 3.
    If anyone else is in the same boat, the below link explains how to get Quick Chat (by qualifying for autumn).
