I got mine June LY as one of the first batches of delivery. I got it for ~31k Drive Away (including Mats). Sure I might have been able to be negotiate it down a bit maybe but it worked for me and is honestly a great car - you will not regret it.
The only thing you might not enjoy on a daily (depending on the roads that you drive) is that the suspension is quite stiff (I like it though haha).
Aftermarket
I got tints and roof wrap (Avery) done by tint a car for $700 with lifetime warranty (in my name - not post selling).
Then I got a 2.5" Stainless Custom Cat Back (Straight Pipe) done for $1k - Does the DCT Farts from Gears 1 through to 4.Honestly loving it.

Just checked invoice, it was $1.1k - Stainless System so it won't corrode like the blended ones. I also did a 20k Service at the Kia Dealer y'day and they checked over exhaust for me as part of the service - doesn't void warranty as it is Cat Back.
I got it done by Sunny down at Sureflo Exhaust (http://www.surefloexhaust.com.au). A few if of my friends had been there before for other much more expensive cars.
I do have a video but not sure how to post it here (it is just the install video in the workshop & then a few revs - might try to do a drive by etc if there is somewhere to upload here?)
$31k sounds great. What does LY mean?
last year
March this year for $30k flat in white with car mats, rubber boot liner and bumper protecter. Also included ceramic window tint.
I believe there is no stock in Aus and the next shipment is about a month off.
Since stock is very limited atm, it may be very very hard to get as good a deal. RRP has jumped up about $2k since March.

Didn't they just update the Cerato's look when the GT came out? I reckon the current model looks fantastic, hopefully they don't (profanity) it up too much.
Got mine for free (well after excess) when my 2018 got hailed on. I think the 2018 was about 23k after the add ons they sold us. Maybe 21k before. Got pearly white colour included but that was it.
