Hi Ozbargainers,
At my local Ikea and found a whole Bin on these USB power boards for $5. Think the white version is on their website for $25.
4 power sockets and 2 USB. Max USB 5v @ 2600mA.
Heaps at Logan, but cannot confirm elsewhere.

Defective goods can be sold, usually for lower prices, if the consumer is alerted to the defects before sale. For instance, the supplier: โ tells the consumer before selling the goods, or โ displays a written notice with the goods. This must be clearly presented, legible and expressed in plain language. It is not enough to simply describe the goods as โsecondsโ, โsaleโ items or โas isโ.
Who said anything about these being defective?
Someone at Ikea wrote AS IS on all of them for some reason, I want people to know if you buy one and it doesn't work that doesn't mean you can't return it.
My guess was it was something to write across the original bar code to avoid it accidentally being scanned at the original price.
"AS IS" is the name of Ikea's clearance section.
what you on about coxy?
They write it on everything in the ASIS section to cover the barcode and to show checkout/returns staff it was purchased from that section.
The return policy for those items is the same as the regular policy. It's probably just a discontinued colour.
How many roughly were there… Need two but don't want to drive if there's only a few risking the chance there's none left…
The website for the white option doesn't have the option to choose the black colour so might a deleted/EOL line reason, so might have luck at other stores (not that it applies to us in VIC atm …).
I would've picked up a couple of if I could!
Went there this evening but could not find it. Looked in the As Is section and section 16, where similar items are located.
