          There seems to be no combination of items I regularly purchase, which meet the cart value threshold (~$55.86) and weight limit (4.53kg)

          I've even tried adding some light yet expensive random goods and still struggle.

            @Last Seen: Ah, ok. I buy vitamins, mostly. And enough qty till expiry (when they're discounted), so never have that problem. The problem I had last time was that the purchase amount exceeded the value AusPost is willing to transport, so had to split the purchase in two. Free shipping on both, regardless.
