Anyone who Opt for the GJ voucher, was accidentally sent the Movie voucher. Instead they sent those people BOTH vouchers for the mistake. Be happy you received both.
For all the rest that are complaining. They are sending them out bulk by bulk I assume. So don't complain about a free prize.

Yeh I know - but I sorta expected it, since it was entirely their mistake and the promotion was to increase their brand loyalty and encourage goodwill, not the opposite.
I mean, the only other memory I have of CBA is them stealing my hard-earned $450 that I had in a child account on "fees". I was six years old. It broke my little heart. :P

However, I haven't received ANY vouchers at all! No Gloria Jeans voucher, nor a movie voucher =(. And no it's not in my junk mail folder. When should I expect a voucher?

Er yes I read it, but they never sent me an incorrect gift voucher so there was no inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong voucher. Instead they've sent me no gift voucher at all and therefore the email doesn't really apply to me?
I selected the coffee and haven't recieved mine yet either, now that they have discovered their error I will probably only recieve the coffee instead of both. Still better than nothing would've been cool to get both though :D

When I checked, the two coffee vouchers had the same voucher number. It looks like another error. They obviously didn't utilize a very good customer database system for this whole deal.

Your name appears above the barcode.
The GJ's one does have your name on it above the barcode; the others don't. I think it's totally ridiculous and stupid to ask for photo ID. It's totally illogical and pointless. Oh well- nothing a one min Photoshop job can't fix ;)

Gloria Jeans at DFO Essendon told me the voucher can't be printed out in a A4 paper. LOL? And he claimed that Commonwealth bank send out physical voucher not e-vouchers. So how does commonwealth bank send physical vouchers if they only have our facebook 'like' > <"
