  Next cheapest is $16.50 at Chemist Warehouse, Amazon selling 45 Rolls for $20 ($18 S&S), so this works out to be the cheapest.

If my maths is right, this is $0.2785/100sheet (3ply), which is dearer than Woolies usual sale price $0.26/100sheet (3ply).
