I've been coasting on the PH (Phillipino) Spotify 'hack' for around a year. Unfortunately my Mastercard is ousted so I'm signing up a PH paypal account. All seems well except the phone number - Paypal is rightfully rejecting all used numbers which include the typical online dupes.
I have full access to Google Music but Spotify UI is so much cleaner. Thanks in advance!
I believe You will need to link a PH bank account or credit card though, or Spotify will deny.
you'll need a real or virtual ph phone number anyway because now Paypal has been cracking down on this, I used a bogus one before and now getting myself into trouble because they're asking for verification from that number ;<

Is this Philippines Spotify option still working? Can someone explain the method possibly?
I am also wondering the same.
Has been working for approx 2 years for me, but now the PH PayPal account is wanting verfiication that I am in fact in PH.
Looking for alternative if anyone can help.

From memory (I used this ~9 month ago, so recent changes YMMV) I used a hotel's phone number, and skipped the verification step.
