NBA is very cheap on the Mexican store hence the post for the non-Aussie Nintendo eShop.
Earthworms is the same price in the US eShop or Canadian eShop.

Depending on what you have to pay methods to buy vary.
IMO best one is to make a Mexican account, make a new Paypal account and link the two together (for some credit cards you can pay directly using a credit card). That should work.
Also use a VPN set to Mexico when paying.
Alternatively, you can make a Mexican account and then get credit for the account by buying a Mexican gift card online.
