I Didn't Receive My Cashrewards Bonus

For a while now I have activated the "Extra $2" cashback etcs but never seem to get any
I have used cashrewards for a few years and never seem to actually have trouble getting the initial cashback, but I have never received the bonus.

I finally set a reminder this time for a $2 extra cashback with a spend that was on June 21, and it was due to be in my account by yesterday. I bought something via eBay. Going through my click history, I can see I went to eBay, but then I find I didn't even get that cashback (would've been something small as I spent $30). I can't even click send a claim as that button doesn't appear. I've noticed in the FAQs it says if its been longer than 60 days they can't investigate the claim, but that's how long the timeframe was to wait to get the bonus , so now I missed out altogether?!

I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced similar things, or if maybe it's just me. I feel like the long timeframe they give for the bonus/cashback to be in your account, most people have forgotten about it or can't remember so they don't care, OR in my case, it's been so long that the 60 days has expired so even if you want to finally investigate when it's past due date, you can't.

    You did activate the offer and saved it to your account, right? But then if you say your eBay purchase in June didn’t track, that explains why you didn’t get the bonus.

    What I do to keep track of each bonus and see whether it’s been paid out is bookmark each one and save them to a folder

    • Yep, you should have raised a claim for the missing cashback for the eBay purchase itself, 'within 60 days' as per their Terms.

      Could also write it all down in notepad or a piece of paper and have a record when you come back to cashrewards to check up…..

    Hi Pub Envelope. As I commented here, we always pay out on bonuses provided the terms are met. If your qualifying purchase failed to track (for whatever reason), then we'd not have a record that you actually transacted and therefore would not have paid a bonus on that promo. Please be aware also that bonuses are paid and time stamped with the promotion date, not the payment date, so you'd need to scroll back to find it.

    We have paid many tens of thousands of bonuses to OzB'rs with no issue at all. I have no idea why your eBay purchase from June 21 did not track to you as I have no visibility of exactly how you transacted. Did you use a code, did you purchase a non-qualifying product, did you click a banner looking for discount, did you have AdBlock enabled… the list goes on. Also, did you activate the bonus offer?

    Missed tracking always needs to be reported within 60 days from purchase, this is why the option to claim is no longer active for you. Having said that, feel free to PM me with your Cashrewards email address and I'll look into this for you and report back here for transparency. Thank you.

    Edit: Best way to keep track of the bonuses is to set a calendar reminder in the OzB post itself.

    Why would you wait 60 days though?
    If the initial purchase didn't track which should show up within the 1st day or two then you're not going to get the bonus.

    My Cashback did not track
    For the majority of our partnered stores it can take up to 7 days for your transaction to track into your Cashrewards account as pending. Please wait until this tracking time frame has passed before contacting our team.

  • I’ve had similar experiences with more than 10 transactions across different sellers. eBay, Amazon, adorebeauty, etc. Normally I receive a confirmation email from Cashrewards within a day or two, but sometimes I don’t, so that’s when I go online (My account) to check history.

    There you can claim any missed cash backs. Their customer support team is super helpful and I’ve ultimately received all cash rewards.
